Okay, so Demise is High 4-C because alongside his High 4-C feat, he is vastly superior to Calamity Ganon, who was empowered by the full Tri-Force.

Are we absolutely sure we can put Link, without the Tri-Force, as on par with a character who is vastly superior to the power of the FULL Tri-Force, the main staple of the series that Link has to try and collect and prevent Ganon from obtaining?

I'm not knowledgeable on this verse but Link being far superior to the very Macguffin he has to obtain throughout the majority of his games seems to be a little contradictory. Why would he need to obtain it if he's already High 4-C?

Calamity Ganon doesn't at all have the full Triforce. ALTTP Ganon does, and he's stronger than Demise (albeit slightly), as full Triforce Link beat Demise.

It's also a Dragon Ball situation. Just because you're stronger than it doesn't mean that you can't seek it for its reality warping properties.
