About Aeons being the highest level of the imaginary tree and Kiana meet a memokeeper

I have been thinking that does Aeons really have a same level of existence between each other?because someone told me that although Aeons are equal in status but not necessarily equal in terms of existence level like Aha have ascended to highest branch of the imaginary tree while Akivili still traveling around to the endpoint of existence( prolly the highest peak of the imaginary tree) but have an accident as a result.

My question is: Are all Aeon are equal even though only aha reach the highest branch of the imaginary tree?

And there is on HI3 video where Kiana(Herrscher of finality) meet a memokeeper, and memokeeper claimed that Kiana’s current location is unreachable to gaze of the gods(prolly aeons) and the trailblaze. Is it really true that Kiana’s willpower/existence is only at the level of the emanator? (Not try to downgrade or anything, just curious)

It's probably because of Honkai in Hi3 solar system. It's a place Aeons don't really care about or know about due to something. It's all a mystery for now.
Kiana being at the level of emanator is stated as such
"Just with your will, you can stir waves like an emanator". First of all, this is just a speculation from memokeeper's part. It's also stated as "just with her will" means she is easily emanator level just with her will. If Cocoon of finality is Terminus, it's kinda correct. Considering Terminus outliving all Aeons, being an emanator of Terminus could also mean she is stronger than your average just like IX's emanators.
Kiana is powerful not becuz she is upscaled from Aeons, she has her own feats. So, Aeons being more stronger is also a possibility.
Aeons are not equally strong. Aeons power directly correlate to their path's width. Aha climbing the imaginary tree is not really good feat to scale Aeons. Highest branch doesn't mean highest layer of imaginary space. Branch are just other worlds. Aeons are not equal but that doesn't mean their tier can't be the same. Though one may stronger than the other in Aeonhood, they are still infinitely above mortals.

The part where Aha reached the peak of the imaginary tree, does he reach there where he is yet to ascended as an aeon and only ascended to become an aeon after reaching the peak while laughing at the baby fell down or he is already an aeon when he first reach it?

And I mean if the cocoon of finality is terminus themselves that may be can consider herrscher to be emanator-level and all emanator should have a tier 1-A rating already due to Kiana, Mei and bronya being one, if that’s the case

The most difficult of scaling aeons is how the timeline and the lore that aligned with HI3’s timeline and lore from what I’m seeing here. The reason why Aeons are 1-A+ due to the fact that Aha reached the highest peak of the imaginary tree but the thing it only includes aha but not the others aeons and Akivili held the statues of “deceased” by an accident during his way to reach the endpoint of the existence( imaginary tree)

The 1-A+ scaling comes from the Aeons being the Imaginary concepts derived from the Imaginary Space. Aha reaching the Imaginary Tree is one, though that's rather like a feat of speed or 1-A dimensional travel.
