A Serial Killer fight a Skateboard

i have no explanation for my ways of crime, so I just ask you forgive me. Speed is not equalized, fight takes place in a skate park. Who wins and why?

I mean he likely has average human speed. Then it's just average vs peak human and I don't think that's a blitz.

And it ain't like a skateboard is super maneuverable.
