If I'm not wrong Blue is halfway, which is 7650 J
that is a 25.5 times difference, meaning Blue could oneshot three times over.
Blue is likely faster, although both are superhuman.
Fetch is way more intelligent, being, above average, with blue being high animalistic at best.
Fetch has is intelligence, immortality type 2 and clairvoyance, which should help him understand his surroundings and Blue's location in case this turns into some type of stealthy situation
Blue has likely speed and an incredibly higher AP and DR, meaning Fetch is gonna have a hard time dealing actual damage
Leaning towards Blue, but I want to hear other's thoughts on this
