A question about Range and Enhanced Senses

Since Range isn't exclusively to physical/energy attacks, but it include other abilities including Precognition, wouldn't Enhanced Senses feats count as Range too?

Like characters who had see, hear or smell things across an entire city get Kilometers with Hearing/Smell/Vision? Same with Extrasensory Perception?

I don't think so. Enhanced Senses already requires a character to have enhanced senses (the vision can go to Kilometers). If the range is very long then the character can get Cosmic Awareness.
