A Person based on James Bond vs James Bond (GRACE)

It says he can "(Can destroy stone walls with one swing of his tail)", but idk if their is a caculation for this
 
I can see this going either way to be honest, but I believe James takes it more times than not. James has better H2H skill and is more than likely the smarter fighter. However, Gex's tail can counter it and if James gets hit a few times he's in trouble. That being said, at speed = James should be able to dodge most of the tail swings and James seeing, Gex for what he is, could lob in grenades and track Gex in the store with the thermovision. Add in gunfire and James takes it via being a slightly smarter fighter, versatility which blows Gex out of the water, and gadgets (in particular thermovision)
