Voting the Killer of Rats. Cask starts the fight by boosting himself with one or two of his chemical doses but they won't give him that much of an edge over Charlie given that his 9-C durability was achieved through frequent intake if I read it right. Charlie starts the fight with higher AP, LS, and stamina along with having more combat experience, stealth, and can possibly resist the noxious gas. He also has a habit of... consuming crap that he shouldn't consume. When he sees Cask downing one of his elixirs, he'll probably think that it's alcohol and snatch it for himself (One dose is at minimum a bit over 1 liter as well so Cask won't be able to drink all of them immediately but he can likely get one in at least).

I think this match is a stomp, Cask 100% can not ingest the mixtures before Charlie just punts him while also not being a frontliner fighter
This is basically two guys with no powers, but one of them has better physicals and can smash a beer bottle on the opposition
