So a character can survive being decapitated through Immortality Type 2... well, his body at least. He can't reattach the head or grow a new one (The head that was cut off no longer functions) but he can still control his body just fine along with it (The body I mean) being able to see and hear (And talk too somehow?!?) as if it still had a head. Does this grant him some form of Enhanced Senses/Extrasensory Perception?
