MASSIVE UPDATE EVERYONE!​

I decided to make a new fresh verse of 10-A and 9-C punching bags for the sake of this verse's initial popularity and surprisingly endearing and excellent writing. I also bumped the max suggestions by 1 more suggestion and matches by 1.5x accordingly.
