Alice is an in-character brute that is more than willing to shank Matt, and she's more savage. Matt on the other hand is skilled enough to h2h and use weapons against people in his league (something Alice hasn't shown to be doing as far as I can remember in past replies, but I'm not a FPE fan).

This should be fairly even, though he seems to have an advantage in skill.

It depends if the spikes are enough to overwhelm Matt's skill and weapons. I'll admit to being a hypocrite from 2 threads here. You can be inexperienced in dealing with Bloodlusted, unarmed humans and yet overcome them with a weapon due to it's effectiveness. That more or less tells us that Alice would just upscale in skill in fighting an inexperienced fighter physically on par with her. There's however, a difference between being inexperienced with fighting people in your league and fighting with people on your own league. That's why I lean to voting for Matt TL;DR.

Matt is such a fraud, 11 year old me beat him in Wii boxing first try

Matt is seemingly much more experienced in combat and seems to have better battle iq as a result which could help him too if he needs to play things safe to avoid the spikes. (Gifted > Above average) Which would be an important factor since he lacks in range, and he is used to reacting to things like high-speed baseballs and tennis balls from a distance as well. Given that they have similair combat speed I think Matt should be able to keep up along with being much more of a fighter

On the other hand, Alice has higher movement speed which could help her avoid getting oneshot, plus she has teleportation which I’m not sure if she can spam or not. I don’t think she could just run forever though, Matt has way more stamina feats

I think Matt’s got this as long as he’s careful, so I’ll vote shaggy’s only worthy rival FRA
