A Couple Lifting Strength Questions

1.) Can Lifting Strength calcs be used to also grant AP, and can this (timestamp is 43:25) feat apply to both AP and LS? I've seen a cruise ship lifting feat get both Class M and 8-A and the feat that I linked has a Class M result.

2.) Can you get Lifting Strength via size alone if your size is something like this?

if the lifting strength is very rapid akin to a throwing motion and whatnot, yes, it can indeed apply to both AP and LS, but we're usually incredibly strict with that stuff.
