A chain-smoking orca fights against a kitten allergic to tobacco

Probably Donald. Even if he doesn't use The Supremacy in character, Idate/Orca can't really do anything against Time Stop, Power Null, BFR and Existence Erasure. That and 3-B durability.

Granted if he's 2-C this would be a quite different story but my vote still remains.
 
All powers get desactivated and the kitten starts dying with the smell of tobacco.
 
Yeah, that's pretty much the "joke" about this match-up. This incredibly specific character can be beaten by this random, haxless, chain-smoking, hobo orca that just-so happens to have enough stats to win.

From Donald Steel's page:

"Weaknesses: Will instantly die if anyone thinks of pineapple pizza in their vicinity, erasing themselves from the metaphysical, transdimensional background of the universe on such a scale that no one will ever remember them and nothing will ever bring them back. | They will lose all their powers and will start coughing to death if there's tabbaco in their vicinity, unless they leave its proximity."

He specifically is described to not take anything seriously, and I'd say a coughing, depowered kitten would be something he'd not pay attention to
 
Orca loves to bully the weak and the strong alike, he's an asshole by nature and coughing from the smell of cigar is something I see him enjoy bullying. He just doesn't take anything seriously, doesn't stop him from eating a kitten while smoking.
 
This is the kind of place where I could say "Donald wins via speed and hax", I don't think voting is solid either
 
Speed is either a stomp on Idate's side since he can at the very least dodge SoL attacks by scaling from much weaker foes or taking the low-end as maximum places him as equal to the kitten regardless of speed equalization and hax is basically nulled due to the kitten's massive weakness towards tobacco against a chain-smoker orca who always stinks of that.
