AP stuffs:
Army in Black upscales from the Firebird, who can passively generate 22.4 tons of heat by just existing, far superiorly.
Air Force One Angel scales to him being able to survive the destruction of Air Force One, which was 15-30 tons (I'll be assuming the high end since even the verse page uses the 15/30 ton ranges)

That is a 1.3x AP advantage for Air Force One Angel, not too bad.
