I am gonna be that person who does this

After facing the Chaos lord himself. What better then to face his own brother next.

Evil Laughter

They start 20 meters from each other

SBA from there

Who wins and why?

Sans: 7

Papyrus: 1

Inconclusive/Draw:

Papyrus uses blue magic (he uses it early if pressured/really harned in a fight) and kills Sans with a wall of bones before the latter can do enough damage to kill him.

Hmmm ... Sans should be able to take it with little difficulty.
First: As much as Papys also dominates Blue Soul, it is visible in the battle against Frisk that Sans' first act of battle is for the enemy's soul in that state. And Sans mastered it MUCH better than Papyrus. Throwing him sideways, smashing him into his bones, or even a GB combo wouldn't be that hard for Sans. In fact, it still has teleport to demonstrate a greater advantage of movement

And note: Papyrus has shown he needs to hit his blue attacks, and Sans doesn't need it to use the blue soul

Sans does a genocide route FRA

Well he inconned against Undyne the Undying so I guess he stops there

Like actually don't.

That's a stomp I'm absolutely certain becaude Low 2-C and also...Flowey technically doesn't have a soul as far as I remember. Pretty sure that's right.

Either way don't do that. It's a stomp mostly because of that massive soul resistance and the fact that with one human soul you're sorta stronger than all monsters by default. Omega Flowey has six.
