At least Country level (Battled early years Showa Godzilla to a standstill[1], though officially he was declared the winner and the unmade sequel showed Godzilla's remains after their fight
Remove him being "the winner", not only this is a blatant lie, but why the heck do it uses a material that was never released (thus, non-canon) of Godzilla's Showa Era?

Him being declared the winner officialy is also a lie, the scan comes from a theater pamphlet and is the only source that mentions Kong winning. The fight is a draw as confirmed by multiple official sources.

From Teruyoshi Nakano, SFX artist from the film.

From Defintive Edition Godzilla Introduction

●戦歴=大ダコを倒したが、ゴジラとは引き分けている。
Combat Experience = Brought down a giant octopus and battled Godzilla in a draw.
From The Official Godzilla Compendium.

So yeah, the battle was a draw, just remove the part where Kong is declared officially as the winner and the unmade sequel film.

Seems like a necro, but someone asked me to comment here.

But iirc, Toho told the US that King Kong won, but told Japan that Godzilla won. In which both are considered speculated flukes and it's a cliffhanger either way. But I agree with the statement removal.
