This seemed like a funny match to make.

  1. Match takes place on a Dark World version of AM's earth
  2. Speed is Equalized
  3. Delta Warriors are 7-B
  4. AM has prior knowledge on The Player
  5. Start 10 meters away

So i have not read IHNMAIMS (uncultured swine i know), is he not just an AI spanning across vast amounts of machinery? Does he have a form the Fun Gang can even attack?

He tends to make forms sometimes IIRC, like in the OP(though it's a fan animation)

But this isn't really a fight so much as it is an SI test.
 
Given that the Fun Gang's whole thing is giving greater meaning to objects that feel fake, neglected and tossed out, i think there's a good chance Susie in particular could slowly talk AM down with Ralsei chiming in occasionally to let him know he could have a sanctuary in Castle Town, a space to actually live out life as a real being instead of just as a machine.

Main thing about that is, as AM describes it, he's in Hell looking up at Heaven. He lacks human emotions and senses and he hates it.
 
Was going to say Susie popping a Dark World would solve the senses problem at least, but they're already in a Dark World sooo

If you want I can change the match settings to make it so they start outside in light world, but then again if they do, AM's just gonna nuke the planet.

Ahhhh okay more of a Flowey situation, as Warlock mentions above being in a dark world solves the senses issue so i think the gang would have even more leeway to convince AM that things could be better for him in Castle Town instead of nuking humanity constantly and being bitter 24/7.

To be fair, the next match after this was going to be The Knight, but to be fair Titans are uh... not good against nuclear Missile barrages or AM's haxwall
 
Him and Ralsei might even relate a bit since by Chapter 4 he's still in the progress of becoming his own person and learning how to think and feel for himself, maybe they could bond over that idk.
 
Of course, if he becomes a Darkner, they can probably win peacefully, giving him human emotions 🔥
 
I don't think social influencing would be at all a factor here, AM was made by three cultures and knew of a whole lot more, and still hated them. Not to mention that he knows they're ultimately being led by an utterly alien being who views the world as a puppet. That would make it a whole lot worse. The only MERCY he would feel is that at least the three would be bonded in his world, or more likely, in death to remove the influence of the Player, by actual truth and not lies.

I think Player would make it impossible for AM to mind control and the SOUL can resist things that are layers into Law Manipulation so AM's hax wouldn't work as well here.

But its capability to both manufacture a ton of nukes and presumably tank them while being a somewhat metaphysical being at one with Earth and its resources is going to win the day here. The Fun Gang wins with high-end, but this is a Tier 7 fight, so I vote AM.
 
AM can't kill the fun gang because of player.
The Fun Gang can't SI AM because AM is a robot with no human emotions.

Obviously not true. Robot with no human emotions can't feel envy, can't want to have love, can't hate:

But I still don't see Fun Gang Talk-No Jutsuing an AI.

After reading this i do feel more strongly about the SI route due to the nature of a Dark World making AM into a darkner and thus having senses along with a body of his own, i think it's more than possible for Fun Gang to talk him down and recruit him. Fun Gang FRA
 
On topic of this:
Closest character we have to AM in UTDR is Flowey(due to his soulless), who regained his compassion after he obtained Souls and some deep talks with Frisk.
Since Souls in Deltarune are described as "source of compassion", Kris could give Soul to the AM, and he would be able to fully feel.
I am on fence on this being valid wincon, so I am open for debating

Should be possible. If match starts in Light World, Kris and Susie would just need blitz him, and open the fountain before he does anything(which shouldn't be too much a task, given he has only average human reaction speed, and could be blitzed by normal human).
Alternatively, if march already starts in Dark World, it would already change his mind by just existing.

Um, you guys do know he has one particular emotion, right?

With that said, we do know from the game that giving him emotional insight is one of the only ways to defeat him, so even though it's Grace I think that if the Delta Warriors can do that he can be overcome.
