V1 (Cross Impact) vs Punished V2 (Mullet MadJack) (7-0-0)

This seems simple. Going with V1 dues to Style Meter passive damage boost. That's not to say that they won't be putting up hella dukes tho.
V1, mid diff.
 
V1 still has a slight durability and initial AP disadvantage tho. And V2 has better aiming feats. Wouldn’t that help V2?
V1 has comparable, if not outright superior, acrobatics and Whiplash to quickly close the distance where he'll dominate V2 in melee since the latter can't throw hands. V1 can also counter her coin tosses by shooting them out of the air like he can with his own coins, though not redirecting the coins or bullets into V2 like in canon.
