I mean the agent’s got sniper rifles laser/energy based weapons and assault rifles and grenade launchers. He’d likely damage yuji and kill him more often than yuji killing him.

Considering the assault rifle is a rapid fire weapon.

Also the agent Likely has more experience than yuji

I agree that it's most likely for the Agent to outrange Yuji.

I think it's better to consider the Agent's experience as different rather than greater. The Agent has more realistic combat training and dinosaur hunting experience, whereas Yuji's experience, as far as I'm aware, is related to sorcery, battle shōnen anime action, and he seems to have a knack for using the terrain to his advantage. Additionally, Yuji's acrobatics, supernatural willpower and resistance to pain could close the distance gap, but that's just a maybe. Yuji's lifting strength is tiers above that of the Agent's, and as you wrote, Yuji has the attack potency advantage, which means if Yuji were to get close to the Agent, Yuji would disarm him with no issue.

I think the battle is a lot closer than you made it out to be, but I vote for the Agent winning the battle nonetheless.
