I can't really guess how long it lasts outside of the one video going on for about a minute, but the second video kinda explained that the MC only survived in the barrier cause of his very high amount of Reiryoku he absorbed into his body.

Kurumi's immortality and body hopping is weird. Supposedly a big weakness is that if you can kill the main body before the body hopping happens than she should be dead but theirs instances where she dies to a sneak attack and but comes back anyway in another Kurumi.

Case in point during the Miku arc Kurumi was surprised decapitated mid-sentence by Mana and despite being the current main she wound up transferring to a different Kurumi anyway.
