I'm pretty sure Vilgax stomps. He is far stronger than her and retains faster reactions, He's also had experience in accurately catching opponents known to be fast and nimble such as XLR8 and Stinkfly, and if Vilgax really wants to put in more oomph, he can use his stimulants which increases his strength by almost 2-fold and while amped he no-sold being rammed by XLR8 at high speeds as well as attacks from Diamondhead to the point the latter's hands were breaking from just trying to scratch him. Not to mention Vilgax is much more skilled and experienced
