I was wondering, for reaction speed, can you still use that even if it hit you as long as you move before it makes contact in one way or another?
The example I can think of is with Lucy from Elfen Lied catching a bullet even when it was inside her before it hit her heart, or when Deadpool was...
i don't know if anyone has discussed this topic yet.

i mean this is actually a reaction speed time frame, not a perception speed time frame.
explain how the eye works:
the human eye sends about 60 frames per second (fps)...
So i was wondering, since time dilation is stated that time is relative, and however, what perceives time is not always equal, and when you move very fast time appears to slow down for someone. So I was wondering, for time dilation, for this case, if someone perceives the world slowly just to...
I was wondering, with Nagato (aka Pein) having multiple bodies sort of like a hive mind, would his reaction speed be greater with those bodies and if it’s just one what is reaction speed lower?
So why not Above Average stamina for all brawlers (can fight for minutes), and why not subsonic reaction? They indeed can dodge a supersonic attack but have yall seen the distance between the attacker and the dodger? No way of them getting supersonic RS.
Doing a calc involving the reaction time of characters who are infinite speed, and while using that would obviously be disallowed, how high should I go? Peak human reactions, subsonic reactions, or higher? What's the reasonable limit?
I have a problem that isn't even considered on this wiki, and it comes to perception calculations.
By the way can someone please add the Reactions and Perceptions to this or this? There's no reason why that shouldn't be considered.
When it comes to projectile dodging, we have a whole page when...
