    Arzette Downgrade

    Should be rather straightforward Arzette is currently 9-A for slicing a tree in half, but the calculation used is for the destruction of an ENTIRE tree. The correct value is right under that calc, the sloped cutting should be closer. So she'd be 9-B instead
