    Does reading the opponent's mind and knowing what moves he'll make count as precognition? Specifically thinking of Severus Snape atm.

    Shouldn't the spell be Wall level now that it's been agreed upon that the HP wizards have Wall level durability? Given how it's always been shown doing grievous harm to those it's been used on (all of whom have been wizards IIRC), the Street level rating doesn't make sense in context anymore.
