    GRB profile was upgraded in this post by being the most powerful GRB at the time. Now, the most powerful GRB recorded is the GRB 0221009A, which produces a energy of ∼1.2 × 10^55 ergs, being ∼2.49 more powerful than the GRB 080916C (also the last source make a comparison between other GRBs).
