    Not really anything major, and would only affect base form. Given that it's supposed to be the FINAL challenge in the games that its in (R/B/Y and X/Y), should we scale his speed to that of the trainers from that gen? Like Gen 6 Blue? Also, why is Diantha so much slower than people like Elesa...
