    Well the thing is that he would be resistant. I'm making the assumption that Dimensional Slash ignores conventional durability and can cut through virtually anything. So for Saitama to resist it partially would be a pretty good feat.

    I forgot about that. Though I wouldn't equate those two. Garou effectively "becomes" the person he's copying. He doesn't just learn their powers. Saitama can't just copy someone entirely including their physical stats. But just about anything they can do (in the OPM verse anyways), he can learn.
