    This is already concluded and rejected, but since Ant asked, no, I still think this isn't applicable for FT, much less for AP. Ion is correct about the mechanics of the time reset being invalid for Low 2-C or any other arbitrary tier, as hax can't be exactly quantified in numbers.

    G2 is a blitz worthy amp. He blitzstomped Blueno with it who was keeping up with him in base. Precog+Speed advantage makes most of Shichika's attacks useless.

    Eh, the way he worded made it sound like it's similar to lightspeed, but it's vague. I think the Relativistic+ scaling would be enough, with a "possibly SoL" rating for it.

    If that's so then he's no good against Luffy, who at the same level than him was completely trashed by Katakuri, whose level of Haki is what Luffy had to reach to even compete. Shichika's 388MT.

    I don't know the mechanics behind Shichika's attack, sadly. It should affect Luffy, but considering how Luffy's physiology actually is, I have as many reasons to believe he'll be affected but won't die as I have for the opposite. Luffy can block slashes without suffering damage with Haki, yes...

    Shockwaves can, for some reason, affect Luffy's internal organs. That's why Lucci's Rokuougan worked on him. Shichika's blades works in a similar way to CP9's Rankyaku, which Luffy can counteract by redirecting the attacks and using Haki to block the slashes.

    Niji's speed justification is terrible, but he had a feat where he blitzed Sanji so the possibly/likely relativistic+ has some ground even without the Henry Blazer matter.
