    Is there even any proof that novel DIO has universal level AP in a non hax state? Surviving Made in Heaven doesn't really mean you have universal AP in physical scale. This is a case where physical beats hax since DIO has to get past Jiren's physical shield to do his hax.

    So Dio only has country+ level AP when hax doesn't count. For Dio's hax to work he has to get past Jiren's barrier. Dio hasn't shown any physical durability that can get past the barrier so he should lose this.

    I know they are different. But they are also similar in a sense that they use your mind. Good enough telekinesis is equivalent to a strong mind. A strong mind equals tp resistance. And I wouldn't call Nate Grey's mind hax weak....compared to Luke's? This is not the only time it happens as well.

    Mafuba is the very definiton of a soul sealing attack. And weaker Z characters have resisted/and even reversed it easily. Zamasu gets out of it with ease. So at least that's an implication that Z characters have resistance against soul sealing/soul attacks.

    Current characters in Dragonball Super have shown hax resistant capabilities considering they block Aura Slide attacks with their bodies. Aura slide was capable of opening up dimensions, and other sorts of bullshit hax. It's pretty much safe to assume that they now have hax resistance.
