I think you misunderstood "under 9-C". It's not saying they'd be below 9-C. Otherwise, it would've specified that they're 10-A. It's saying that they'd be 9-C, which is stated here, so baseline 9-C is Peak Human. However, Nightmarionne does have Superhuman Stamina on his profile, so you should...- Homunculus_Jr!
