    Sorry if this is kind of a dumb question but does her 7-C rating only apply to the 55% before the Kaiju Weapon Arc or does it also apply her when she Starts fighting the Ant-type Kaiju, or by that point is she already considered 7-A?

    Ballade contended with a more experienced Mega Man with the super mega buster so I would say he wins. The only counter I can think of is that Quint may have fought Ballade in his past giving him a knowledge advantage, but that doesn’t automatically means he wins (e.g Quint vs. Mega Man).
