    Soul hax in Marvel was tier 1 in potency even before the magic thread, and I am pretty sure that higher dimensional potency beats layers. And yes, Doom resists soul hax, since he has 1 layer of magic resistance, and even basic magic can destroy souls.

    It's not a majorly important rule (probably why no one follows it), but IMO it does help establish the level of damage they can take. I did it on Doom's profile for his type 2 immortality and put it at Low Mid (from when he survived his heart being turned to stone and blood being turned to acid).

    Seems like a combination of healing, resurrection, and immortality type 4 all being high-godly (since the rules for Immortality types 2, 3, 4, and 8 state that the level of healing needs to be listed) to me. Conditional on the spells being cast before then, as stated in the OP, but still.
