I vote for inconclusive. Diavolo can't hit GV due to prevasion, and GV can't tag Diavolo due to seeing into the future (yes I forgot the word and I'm too lazy to look it up). GV isn't gonna activate flashfield since he's not stupid and Diavolo isn't gonna let himself get hit.
This is a really interesting match.
Gunvolt fights primarily at a range. While Joseph is more up close. He does have some ranged options such as Clacker Boomerang. GV would likely keep his distance for near the entire match. Joseph would probably find a way to close the distance, but then again...
I still disagree with GV not being able to absorb omni-directional electricity attacks. Asimove crashed into GV with a sphere of electricity. I don't know about you, but it seems to me that crashing into someone with a sphere wouldn't be omnidirectional. GV wasn't surrounded with electricity and...
Special moves is a pretty vague term. One may consider the flashfield to be special as it is unique to GV. Others may consider the flashfield to not be a special move as it's rather normal to GV and the most common way to attack. Sans' usage of bones could be considered special and not special...
I'll have to say GV. Shantae can redirect GV's lightning, but GV can also absorb lightning. On top of that, Shantae can't reflect/absorb forever. He has experience fighting a large variety of opponents with a variety of elemental, physical, etc. abilities. Looking at Shantae's profile there are...
Not really, I just wanna mention that Zonda and her clones have powerful hax. While Mime Jr. has no hax or counter for them really. Teseo's data transmutation probably won't be blocked by Mime Jr's barriers. Mime Jr has no way to stop Gibril from controlling his blood. Mime Jr has no resistance...
I used Anthem in 2 major ways, to show GV's resilience and it allows GV to adapt better. However, Gunvolt still has plenty of other ways to heal and recover stuff, and GV is naturally adaptive in nature even without Anthem. I also briefly stated that Anthem's mobility, stamina, and damage...
When I use the bypass, I mean avoid the barrier and attack from another direction. They may be able to move it a bit, but Zonda is capable of creating multiple clones to attack from multiple directions at once.
Not entirely sure if we should prioritize the games or anime, but let's go with this. It's a wall. Zonda with her high intellect and versatility should be able to get around the wall easily. The wall does appear to be rather small and easily bypassable.
They all increase defense temporarily, not block attacks. Also, they appear to be a wall and can be bypassed. With Zonda's hax and versatility, she shouldn't have a problem with getting around the wall. Also, I just edited the post above in case you didn't see.
Protect doesn't last for very long, and he can't use it multiple times in a row most of the time.
EDIT: Didn't we already determine that Mime Jr. would likely have below average intelligence at best due to lack of experience and lack of living for very long (it is called a baby pokemon). Also...
If I remember correctly, most of the arguments used base Zonda's abilities and boosted them due to anthem. Most of the points still stand luckily. I'm still voting for Zonda for hax, AP, experience, and versatility.
I'm going to have to say Gunvolt and Copen take this. Copen can easily dispatch the users since Copen's Border 2 and Stellar Spark can go through stands/pierce objects (in-game stellar spark can go through walls). Their prevasion will help a lot along with their resilience. While Gunvolt would...
Pretty sure that means Reverie Zonda can't be used. I don't believe that makes a huge difference due to the fact that Anthem (as I've seen and remember it to be) is just a power boost and revival effect.
It's either Diavolo wins if GV is stupid and attacks, or it's inconclusive due to GV infinitely recharging while Diavolo tries to hit him. Since GV is quite intelligent, I vote for inconclusive.
