    From what I could find: Kuroumaru blocking an attack (worth nothing that Karin and Santa couldn't), Kuroumaru attacking him while he was in light form and of course the Jinbei one (and maybe Kirie saving Santa but not sure about this one)

    I think Speed of Light attack speed with Lightning Magic should be fine. Shakuma knows his stuff. Since he's putting so much emphasis on this, I wouldn't say that this scales to his others spells or his combat speed. But the speed of light statement itself seems legit imo.
