    His fighting style might be common for his world but it would not be so in the akame ga kill world aswell as the commoness of a style or art does not make it better or worse. And speed is equal combined with the stuff his hammer and sheild can pull off mobility isn't going to be super helpful.

    Current deku is able to use one of his quirks to pull off pseudo 100% without harming himself in anyway and it should be equal or maybe slightly inferior to his actual 100%.

    he still has regen, h2h combat and his collapsing star roaring Canon should be able to severly damage, if not kill her. The heat and electricity he generates simply by existing would also be a problem. Also his energy blasts.

    I think she could defeat his early forms but if he went all out I don't think tatsumaki could do it. Especially if he used his world shaving attack. Plus he has a massive speed advantage in his final form so she could get blitzed. Also boros has some impressive regen and can generate heat enough...

    Humans only reach into tier 7 with stupid powerful weapons that almost all countries are very, very, reluctant to use, such as nukes. Nukes have consequences, we humans know that and are not dumb enough to use that as our first resort.

    Bullets have high penatration and all their energy is focused on one point like a water jet. while explosions release their energy in all directions and some of it is lost to heat, vaporization, kicking up dust, etc. I'll try to find the calc if there is one.

    The toe stubbing statement would probably only be true for guns of 9-C and lower anything higher than that would do a great deal more damage than toe stubbing. Also as their are 6 tiers in this fight (10-C,10-B, 10-A, 9-C, 9-B and 9-A) we will assume there are equal numbers (1/6) of each.

    Some of the magikarp are below tier 9-A and to be bulletproof you have to be at least 8-C if I remember correctly.
