Bloodlusted characters are very willing to take damage and rarely plan ahead while in battle. None of these things applied to Sans in the Chara battle. He had a very good incentive to try his damn hardest to kill Chara, but he wasn't bloodlusted. He was calm and smart about the fight.
You literally said the same thing again. Please explain why he wouldn't fight if he wasn't bloodlusted. You make a claim; (he wouldn't fight unless he was bloodlusted) twice and provide no evidence, at all.
Dude, thats the thing. I dont NEED evidence. Its kind of a rule that sans needs to be...

You do realize that all sans fights have him bloodlusted, correct? It's a thing that we have to do, or else he wouldn't fight.

I'm confused. If Asgore was bloodlusted, why wouldn't he take things seriously? I agree with your verdict, but some of your reasoning doesn't make a lot of sense.
There is an implication by some people that dodging the knife equals dodging fireballs. Even if this anecdotal, I think we can all agree, Asgore's attacks weren't very fast or hard to dodge, so Frisk at her best could easily dodge his attacks. It's also known that Sans is immensely faster than...
I can't see for the life of me how you can think that there was enough space for Undyne to even sidestep, let alone a whole meter.
Sure, maybe where Uydne was it wouldn't allow for dodging. Bad example, my bad. Then explain why no other monsters in the Underground, many of which are competent...
This is called a draw.
Which is also impossible.
Charisk killed Sans by attacking twice in a turn. Asgore can shoot fireballs, lots of them, in one turn.
I see a few fair points here, but here's a question. Undyne went god mode and became insanely strong, combined with her with combat...
I see a few fair points here, but here's a question. Undyne went god mode and became insanely strong, combined with her with combat experience she is an incredibly formidable foe. She is much more powerful than Asgore. At this point, her reaction time must be through the roof. Then why on Earth...
Asgore is obviously holding back, however, to what extent is he holding back is unknown. There is an assumption that he's holding back enough to beat sans which isn't confirmable. Not only that, Undyne the undying has better stats than Asgore and Mettaton Neo has a better attack stat. Sans' hax...
First, bullet box = game mechanic
Sans' blue bones don't disappear
Sans' fight should last a bit longer than 12.5 minutes, so he can probably deal that damage.
Sans can probably last longer, as he was pretty depleted in the genocide.
Green mode is a bit iffy, but I still give it to Sans
It's possible that Sans could use blue bones, we can't confirm that any attacks could be broken. As Frisk spear tanks a lot of spears, so durability is an odd thing in this game. Also, sans is faster so sans should have the first turn. Also, in the game, Undyne has to touch your soul to apply...
Okay, the spears vs. bones thing doesn't make any sense. Bones were able to block friendliness pellets, which did 19 damage. Spears from UTU do 6 damage. If we're not going by game mechanics, then Sans would not have his feet planted to the ground completed unable to move. Again, it's likely...
Sans is the only person who is actually shown do be able to dodge. This means that according to the game, Undyne can dodge in the first place. Also, how does blocking an attack count as a turn? In the game, you block incoming attacks and then take your turn. Also, we don't know if fleeing is...
Look, if we're going by game mechanics, can't sans just summon four bones around him and be basically invincible? He can summon a lot more than 4 bones, and that's for sure
Another thing, couldn't sans just teleport out of the way? Or block the attacks with bones or gaster blasters? (Papyrus block friendliness pellets with bones so that's possible).
Okay, good points but a few things, 2nd point. You kinda contradict yourself by saying that Undyne killed maximum 4 humans, and considering that one human souls are worth all of the monster souls, so that would put Undyne with higher stats (which wouldn't really matter) and a very high level...
I would say, Sans, cause he was obviously depleted after seeing basically everyone he ever knew die and Undyne was pumped and very determined to stop Chara/Frisk. From the Sans fight we could tell that he lasted longer than Undyne and if he's not depleted he could possibly a lot stronger. Also...
