    ok so corstein resists stat amps (damage boosts are same thing plus corstein needs to be aimed at the head like thanos said to take damage) as for probability manipulation, i wanna ask how it works? otherwise, the chances of corstein canceling it is definitely not guaranteed.

    Would like a match for this guy before spooky month ends. While he doesn't have passives, he's got pretty decent offensive hax and a large number of resistances and said resistances don’t work if the ability is a passive.
