That's what I do, I define what I think are the set rules (even if ridiculous) then abide by them as best I can. Also not sure why that should matter as I'm just justifying things in my own self-defined manner, which I think is the whole point anyway.

In my opinion the APs are close enough and am not gonna get bogged down on the details. I'd then give my vote to Bill on account of more diverse abilities and probably far superior intelligence.
Yeah definitely Marx due to more varied and arguably more powerful attacks (Dark Fawful's seem fairly basic for the most part). The only advantage Fawful really has is in intelligence but I doubt he'd find a way to somehow counteract Marx's unique arsenal.
