    tbh now that I think about it, wouldn't spatial manip be assumed to work on elemental intangs? Reflector warps space and light still has a physical presence within that space so there wouldn't need NPI for elements to be added same for Silver freezing fire, it's an elemental attack being used...

    That's true but it won't take as long to get to the higher tiered feats since we're already dealing with Kara which is a organization that has ties with the people (The otusoshiki) which were the ones with the higher feats for the most part.

    What Hokage said, Boruto started with a perspective on Boruto who is a ninja just starting out. Remember how many chapters it took Naruto (the series) to start showing feats that could be taken as planetary/star level or MFTL/FTL.

    Fire he's not talking about the fire burning Rei, He's talking about the temperature of the fire being hot enough that it can vaporize Rei without the flames reaching him.
