I'm not experienced enough on either, but Weekly is making a lot of sense here and I haven't seen anything but off-topic chat and misinformation to debate his bigger points. I'll vote Noct.
If you are out to kill a serial killer and you're right in front of them (OP said Rohan is going after a serial killer), and considering the rather odd way Light kills people (Rohan was tracing down a serial killer- he wouldn't know how he kills, but Light can kill basically anyone, and Rohan...
Right, but he's still willing to kill and seems to know something about killing himself and others at the same time, or else why would he have ever attempted it in the manga in the first place? For this and most TMQ matches, I think we can say he'll know that's killing himself does work.
But he won't have the time to write it. He's not superhuman in the slightest, and Rohan's not dumb. A curious man like him would never let Light write that, and Light hasn't shown to write in the middle of combat anyways. If he pulls out the book, Rohan's going to beat the shit out of him.
People turned into pages by HD are usually incapped and can't do anything if my memory serves me right. As well, I doubt Magane will be able to figure it out before it's been used on her.
Once it's used on her, Rohan reads up on her, figures out what she does, and writes "Cannot contradict...
Rohan is curious. However, I wouldn't call him a narcissist a lot of the time. If they don't know of each other but want to kill each other, something tells me Rohan would very quickly lead with Heaven's Door; not to kill initially, but to read them.
This was shown with Koichi and his friend...
Kek Well, that is true, TMQ might not try to do it- although, there are many possibilities and options here. It does depend on how much TMQ wants to hurt Bright in general, I'd say.
Bright has prior knowledge of Thunder's abilities as stated above; same with Thunder. Bright may dislike his body, but he won't try to kill him self if it just means he's stuck in his pendant.
Dr. Bright finds that a new SCP has somehow escaped! He is assigned to terminate them, while Thunder McQueen wants to kill Jack for not letting him kill himself and others.
They start 5 meters away from each other in the cross section of the halls of an SCP site, though Jack cannot use or...
What Kaltias said, which is why I am inclined to believe this is a stomp. Bolas likely couldn't even kill them with Death Hax anyways, as Vecna has crazy high resistances.
Harvest was a swarm of a stand- one snake likely won't prompt Kira to do anything except avoid or put it to the side. Kira is more likely to go for a killing blow first and far more likely not to hurt animals while in a rational, non-sexually driven state. This is shown by his burial of Stray...
I'm not sure he'd do that. Kira has only shown kindness and reasonable peace when not on a sexual predator hunt, such as with Stray Cat. He'd likely not attack an animal.
As well, Giorno is far less likely to go for the kill first under unknown circumstances.
But if Giono throws an animal at him, Kira's likely to just remove it or step out of the way if he thinks it's at all a regular animal. He's a peaceful person, sometimes- He didn't even opt for killing Stray Cat, either.
If GE goes for a punch, it's pretty close. If GE goes for animals, he...
I give this to Kira for Prof's reasons. Kira has no reason to hit a frog that's on Giorno's shoulder. While it's certainly close, Kira is more likely to go for the kill first, especially when Giorno isn't aware of the fact that Kira doesn't need to hit him; just touch him.
Kira quite often just...
Right. If the argument is that, outside of Dio's range he gets stomped, within 30 meters Sans gets stomped... Ehh, seems like they both have a chance. Still a decisive victory for DIO.
Speedwagon vs Sans when
