    With the official chapter it's confirmed that Benkei's ship holder is Planet sized, with this and since the planet Kenka dwarfs his planet sized holder clearly means planet kenka is a Large Planet. Anything if this planet is destroyed from here on characters would be in tier 5A.

    Nope most of the damage was taken by the outer body , commandments just took a part of the attack's power. Even if we consider the fact that commandments completely tanked the blast attack then remember that it got extremely weakened after that which made Merlin say that it will take Centuries...
