Well, I'm outvoted on the Rokushiki and Absolute Zero points. But the rest of the profiles look fine to me. (Even if I personally hate the "7 layers" stuff on the Haki entry)
There's a tiny typo on Kizaru's entry for the word "key":
She was wearing cuffs made of Seastone though... And I'm not personally 100% convinced that Aokiji was actually punching Seastone itself.
Also, while I get the Stamina Absorption part for Big Mom, did she ever actually showcase any Resistance to Power Nullification while wearing the cuffs?
What makes you say this? Why does "armored" mean Seastone specifically?
You raise a good point - but Vegapunk didn't necessarily come up with his Seastone innovation as soon as he joined the World Government.
What i mean is that each individual punch is only going to be touching the hulls briefly.
I don't see how this would provide Aokiji with Resistance to Power Null.
Armored hulls doesn't necessarily mean armored with Seastone. And if their daily training is on Battleships that predate the...
I noticed you added something new to the sandbox, of Aokiji having Resistance to:
Power Nullification and Stamina Absorption (Kuzan's daily training includes repeatedly punching Navy battleships[8], which are to be coated in seastone[34])
I don't think him just punching the battleships would...
"Government agents" would be a term that would apply more towards Cipher Pol to me.
But I already accept anyway that several Marines have showcased Rokushiki abilities.
To me, this argument:
Primarily seems to be an Argument from Incredulity.
I'm not saying that they definitely don't have it. Just that it's too early to put it on their profiles.
There are some Big Mom Pirates that know how to use Geppo / Moonwalk. But I'm not going to assume that Big Mom likely can use it too.
I don't think what's presented consistutes as a valid basis.
If the basis was a statement like "High-ranking Marines recieve some training in Rokushiki" then that'd be more valid for a likely rating because even if we can't definitively state their level of mastery, we know for certain that...
If we get a more direct supporting statement for that, then I'd change my mind. I don't think it's sufficient based on the current evidence.
I wouldn't say that even Garp or Prince Grus likely has the other 5 powers just because they've displayed the use of one of them. I get where you're...
I acknowledge that point - but my issue is that I don't think that is enough for Akainu, Aokiji and Kizaru to be listed as likely having all six powers.
Sorry, I was thinking of a later instance when he charged at Pizzaro.
You're right, that looks a lot more like Shave/Soru.
He's not going to specifically call out every single Vice Admirals individual level of mastery.
Technically speaking Garp isn't confirmed to use Rokushiki. While we saw him moving quickly the appearance of it looked different to the Shave/Soru used by his subordinates and could've just been him moving quickly instead of using Shave/Soru.
Smoker has yet to be confirmed to have it as you...
There are 32 named Vice Admirals. Only 4 of them have explicitly shown Rokushiki techniques with a few more being implied.
That's pretty far from "Nearly all Vice Admirals have shown to be masters of Rokushiki".
Some Marines of lower ranks do have Rokushiki abilities like Koby, Tashigi, Helmeppo, etc. I don't think it should be extended to then assume any high-ranking Marine likely has Rokushiki.
Only four Vice Admirals have explicitly used Rokushiki techniques with some others seemingly using Geppo. It's not "every single one" has the ability to use Rokushiki.
I don't think that makes it likely to say that all three Admirals (and the other new ones I guess) have all of the Rokushiki...
Haki and Rokushiki being gained through similar training is not enough to say that anyone who has Haki (such as Vice Admirals) likely has Rokushiki too.
I believe that we should remove this calculation for Ace passively heating up during the Drum Island arc from the verse page.
For context of the feat, Ace visited Drum Island a week before the Straw Hats arrived there; it was remarked by one of the citizens to be a strange day as it didn't...
I don't think there's sufficient basis for a Likely rating. Weaker Marines having Rokushiki techniques is not a guarantee that the Admirals would have it too. If there was a statement along the lines of "Most Vice Admirals have some training in Rokushiki" then that'd be more reasonable.

Considering how this is a one-off weapon that was never successfully used and the profile itself is rather barebones and technically lacking in justifications, I don't think this profile is particularly needed for Futurama.
I don't think the best way to represent that is to say they can likely use all forms of Rokushiki though. Even Garp/Koby have only used a couple techniques.
We've seen multiple Vice Admirals use Rokushiki to some extent, though not all of them. And no Vice Admiral is confirmed to be a master of all Rokushiki forms IIRC.
Akainu has this in the sandbox:
Likely Flight (Pseudo), Statistics Amplification (Durability and Speed), Body Control and Damage Reduction, and Air Manipulation with Rokushiki (As a high-ranking official in the Navy, Sakazuki was likely trained in Rokushiki just like Kuzan, the Vice Admirals...
Also, one thing I disagree with specifically is all three Admirals being listed as Rokushiki users.
While I can see how a person could assume that, it hasn't been explicitly stated / confirmed that these individuals use Rokushiki techniques.
