As far as I can tell from looking at Limbus Company, normal-ass weapons can damage Abnormalities, but E.G.Os are in lore the definite most effective weapon.
So yeah, I'm pretty sure we can incorporate Abnormalities relatively smoothly into the tiering system.

Your calculation on the High 8-C doesn't account for air resistance, though. I'd imagine they're probably 8-B when you account for that.

HMMM I really don't think Muzan is "the better fighter". Muzan literally has trash combat skills and is entirely carried by his tentacles.
Also, both of them are very similarly lightning timers. I think even the calc values are very similar.
