    They're above baseline high 1-B right now via their realm being adjacent to Limbo. This might actually go down once Ultima revises magic realms since Limbo is gonna be made outside the Low 1-A universe. Not sure what Limbo will be then.

    He has a layer of basic magic (concept hax, info hax, etc) due to being Sorcerer Supreme tier in sorcery, but I don't think that means anything against TD2 and Aca 5.

    If you are a higher-dimensional being that exists outside time and space, then you can easily get both BDE1 and HDE. Seems reasonable, especially since the page says that God's consciousness holds everything within it.
