    In terms of "fairness" with abilities, I guess Hideout Raid Arc AFO is better to use over Tomura. Tomura's more broken with decay and Mid Regen. Though Final War Arc AFO has the Rewind Drug as well. Depends on what kind of opponents they'd be facing.

    AFO didn't dodge the Navel Laser, he just tanked it. Now that I saw that, I can see it in the manga as well. The effect there is from when Navel Laser hit him. Makes more sense, Navel Laser can't even hurt him. No reason to dodge it.
