    Strangely enough, Super Saiyan Vegeta's Ultimate is the Full Power Energy Blast Volley, and Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta's Ultimate is Big Bang Attack. I don't think either of them have the Final Flash in their skill sets in any capacity. Prince of Destruction Vegeta might, though.
