I believe there was a ruling against verse composites simply having "all verse powers" written in their P&A. We are forced by law to list them all out.
Rejoice! The kindest, most caring, Demon King is finally fully updated to the absolute latest the wiki can provide.
For those unaware, Oma Zi-O is the verse composite up to the year 2068. As such he will always get new powers from new Kamen Rider seasons airing every year. It has taken months...
I think the main thing is to move all the SCP profiles first. We can discuss what to do with Alt Battles later.
We're currently setting up the infrastructure and preparing the bare minimum first. I think we can test moving one of the pages with the least complex code.
Ok so in lieu of this idea, I have set up a wiki called Alt Battles Wiki (or ABW) where we index alt media like SCP. Essentially fringe media that skirt the rules here.
We will basically walk the line between fanfiction content and official licensed works; "official" works with enough notoriety...
I think it's best not to rush the move. We already lack manpower and once Ultima drops his tiering revision thread we will definitely have no manpower.
We can start by actually setting up the archival wiki and base infrastructure first before moving the essential pages.
Since the removal of SCP has been all but set in stone, I think it's best that we talk about the crucial next step.
We have around 448 pages to archive lest they be deleted. I have reached out to a few friends from other wikis who would be happy to host us and amongst them I have found that Vs...
Yeah Zero-Two just makes this fight go nowhere since no matter how Sasaki predicts Aruto's next move he physically cannot make multiple moves at once, unlike Aruto who is in a constant state of making every move at once and specifically realizes the move that guarantees his continued existence.
Yeah this battle is just how long before Aruto says **** it and pulls out Zero-Two.
Actually Metal Cluster Hopper would work too but I'm not sure how Aruto would survive in that case.
In Rising Hopper I guess it's a battle of who can out precog the other.
But that being said, I think Zero-Two just instantly wins. Sasaki has no counter to Aruto just choosing a future where he doesn't lose.
Our current tiers weren't backed by any of the so called "powerscaling" articles or tales. They were from reputable authors who work on far more than just beeg number tier articles.
A collection of authors write about characters other authors created in stories that make their preferred character look good with multiple different powers and themes all inspired by real world ideas like magic, religion, science fiction, etc. that are locked into progressive power creep by the...
What makes an OC different from any other work? If it's a license, SCP has it. If it's popularity, SCP is popular in internet circles. If it's ownership, SCP authors own the characters they make and other authors need their permission to use them, or at least can have the original author look...
Why are you all talking like the thread has concluded? This is derailment.
With regards to the OP I think there's just a fundamental disconnect between the people advocating for SCP's removal and the people wanting to keep it on the site. Like does the opposition even know how SCP works? Have...
Ooh. Yeah I think that works. There are always exceptions to the law.
It's also prudent to mention that the law extends ad infinitum. Which means given infinite time, all stories eventually become tier 0. Then again, given infinite time I think all stories will eventually become the same story...
I guess something with negative continuity would have to be a deconstruction of a story. A story that stops being a story as its plot shrinks out of existence.
A story that becomes non-fiction perhaps?
Ever looked up a verse cause you saw a show one time and was like "Wow that show was pretty cool, I wonder what tier it is?" So now you have this thought in your mind that its gonna be 9-B or something cause they broke walls that one time. But to your abject horror, the verse is actually 1-A...
