Hmm. I'm not a fan of the "Having resistance to one facet of a power means having resistance to all things that power can do" mindset. Used to be, but my opinion changed pretty recently so.
Either way, Raikou and other servanst being able to resist space being stopped around them means they can resist things about the fabric of space time being distorted or halted. They wouldn't resist space-time being shredded, or it being gone entirely.
