Well they're stated to be stronger than 5-B characters and have threatened to destroy the Earth, by my standards that would be 5-B.
Of course, when I watched Final Wars I got the impression that they're talking about life wiping, but you could make the argument that is never stated to be the limit of their power.

Godzilla FW does an overview. My only comment. I generally distrust non-published encyclopedic material but you can say that Godzilla has the strongest breath and that the 50th addressing each years of all the movies is the section sequentially included to it. Its not the application I would normally make except as plausible "skim-read" idea considering this information is not organized. I hope for a more official layout in the statement in the future, but anyways, thanks Apex.
