Regarding your "no limit" argument, it's a simple NLF. There's numerous ways to interpret that statement far more consistently than "it's sealing is High 3-A". For one, it can simply be so great that in comparison to those they're fighting against, it's max power might as well be limitless, which is consistent with the fact that at less than full power it one shot and killed Hidari. He can also simply refer to the technique more esoterically, that the application of utilizing natural forces and energies within the universe (like planetary rotation and orbit) has no limit in practice, which is tied to the narrative as well given that the limit of stealing planet chakra is that it causes the planet to die, wherein here he absorbs the energy without any negative side effects. There's numerous interpretations supported by the series that aren't taking the statement hyper literally, and for taking the statement hyper literally you would need to provide extraordinary evidence and argumentation to support such an extraordinary claim.
