I will say that the Fallen's feat is very much not 3-A, given that it specifies the limits of what it can do with that power. I could actually make a calc for you to determine what tier it would be, however, as the feat is fairly explicit.

- You keep referring to Optimus' blast as "1.3 kilotons" when, as before, we noted it was actually just 1.3 tons.
- The 8-A calc also needs to be approved.
- You need to clarify why his tier is "8-C, 8-A", as that doesn't really make sense. Normally you would be one, or the other, or have some distinction (like "8-C, 8-A via Super-Cannon").
- A lot of stuff has formatting issues, like "Massively Hypersonic+ reaction speed" should not have the words "reaction speed" bolded.
- On that note, it is customary to place movement speed first, rather than reaction speed.
- It is also worth noting that dodging plasma beams is not Massively Hypersonic+ on its own.
- Your Lifting Strength needs to specify why "strength in excess of almost any other transformer" equates to Class M; which Transformer has a Class M lifting strength that he is scaling to?
- His feat for stamina as listed is not really great for Peak Human. I don't doubt that he is (at the very least) Peak Human, but you need better feats showcasing that.
- Some explanation should be given as to why the Allspark thing is 3-A, it isn't clear from the profile. Given that the Fallen's feat is distinctly similar, but also explicitly not 3-A, it may also be questionable to begin with.

It’s not on the wiki yet and they are all from the titan comics series. They’re also canon to the movies. I’d appreciated a calc for the fallen.
